    腻nì  -  oily,greasy

    Adj.+了le  -  indicates a change of state

    腻了nìle - to get tired of; be sick of (something)


    You can use it on its own or with verbs, such as:

    吃腻了chīnìle - can't eat this anymore (had too much)

    喝腻了hēnìle - can't drink this anymore


    And it doesn’t have to be just food:

    看腻了kànnìle - can’t watch this anymore

    玩腻了wánnìle - can’t play(a game) anymore
